Here’s the reality: people walk around the studio in the same grip socks they wore into the bathroom. Then they put their feet on shared straps, handles, and bars that can’t even be wiped clean. Sweat = bacteria. Bacteria = ringworm, staph, pink eye (yes, really). And that bacteria? Ends up on your hands, then your face. No thanks.
